Haven't been able to add contacts to my kids watches for over a month now because the app keeps telling me that they already have 25 contacts. They only have 15. Customer service was not helpful at all, just said a fix for this bug would happen soon. And here we are over a month later and it still hasn't been fixed.

**UPDATE** Gabb is sending us a new watch to replace the defective one. GPS still lags on the working watch. Patrick on chat was extremely helpful. ** I bought 2 watches for my sons for Christmas. They worked fine on Christmas day. After turning them off overnight, one would not connect to the network. I tried restarting and going outside. We are in a location with great cell service. I had to remove the device in the app and add it back. Turned it off again and it wouldn't connect again.

I bought this watch specifically bc it allowed more contacts than the gizmo. Apparently there is a glitch not allowing the 25 contacts with no timeline on when it'll be fixed.

App is buggy. Features work inconsistently. I rarely end up using it. Especially Gabb 'Go'

Useless device. Can't locate the watch. Restarted it a few times. It's right in front of usand yet, the horrible app can't find it. People should stop buying the watch and put this company out of business for selling untested, unreliable products that's targeted for kids' safety. Stay away from this app and Gabb watch.

In theory it's a great idea...if it would actually work and not constantly glitch and crash.

I love the look and safety of the phones, but the GPS tracking isn't reliable AT ALL. I've waited 9 hours for it to update with the proper location, and this isn't even close to the first time this has happened. I'm very over this being a feature listed. It doesn't work well enough to even say it has GPS/location as a feature. Just don't even offer it if it's not going to work.

DO NOT TRUST GABB WIRELESS. They take your money. I returned a phone the same day I got it. Took over a month to get ANY refund back. Tonight i see they are still taking $$ from my bank account!!! I havent had anything to do with them for months! Update: (12/21) After making my case public, I have been offered the $$ back that was taken in "error". When it clears my account, I will add to this review. Update: (1/9) After unnecessarily making this plea Public, my money was returned 2 my bank acct

Rarely works. Tracking is hardly ever accurate, which is the sole purpose we bought it in the first place. I have had to factory reset the watch over 5 times, which means I have had to add contacts again every single time. I even had to get a new phone number for it after having it for only a couple weeks. I'm getting really irritated and now I'm stuck in this 2 year contract.
