This app is working well for my teens (almost 14&16) and me. It took me a bit to set up the app on the phones, but, though I’m not tech savvy, I figured it out. We’ve been using it for a week. I picked the option with just texting - no MMS/group texting, and no photo or video sharing. So happy I did! I googled how to find the QR code. We got one for our 7 year old and 9 year old for Christmas. It barely came in today, which is fine due to the holiday season. The only issue we have is, the MyGabb app lets us assign 10 people (including myself and my husband as guardians), however, only 7 of the contacts show up on both watches. I have tried to turn off and back on the watches. I went through the contacts in the app to see if anything was wrong… each child has 8 contacts, myself and my husband which makes 10. I absolutely love the Gabb phone for my son. The app is another story. Logs out all the time and logging back in is slow. I hate that I have to use the website for the majority of things and I really wish I could change what the app notifies me about (I don’t care to get a notification every time the phone needs charged 🙄).

Great for the kiddos. App working as expected.
The overall setup of the app is easy enough. Can’t create more than 3 tasks at a time which is annoying and there is no way to edit those tasks after they have been done for the day. The biggest issue is that push notifications don’t work for me. I have to be in the app to know if kid left a safe zone. Very disappointed but maybe will be updated in next version of app
We’ve had the watch for several months now and does a pretty good job of tracking and notifying when your child has entered their “safe zone”. On occasion it’s delayed. It would be nice to be able to manage and update “safe zones” and add more than one. So you could have one not only for home but, school, baseball practice, grandmas house, etc. so you’d be notified when your child reaches these places as well. Kids can turn locator off. For us that has been a problem- We can not see who he is calling, When, where or why We can’t read his text messages. We could on his I-phone so that was helpful However nothing is perfect, so glad he can not do snap chat, tick tick etc.
Previous version would hang when loading, and with the latest update that seems to be fixed but I can no longer see the safe zone circles on the map. Otherwise basically does what it says.
