My Gabb watch has ben overheating a lot lately and saying it’s too hot? Is it because I’m outside a lot? Is this happening to anyone else?
Options for updates / improvements: - Would love to see the Daily Tasks stay as Daily tasks or have a “recurring” setting for daily, weekly, etc. As of current, you have to add them as a new task every day. - There isn’t a way as a parent to see how many coins they have currently received. - Would love to have the option to update all profiles all at one time or just individually. Everything about the watch is alright but the GPS location is not accurate and there’s very little information online that would allow people to troubleshoot on their own. The other frustrating part is that their customer service set up is email only, with a wait of 2-3 business days. So we are unable to confidently use the device once we get it because one the most important features is wrong. After researching watches with gps for kids. Gabb won.. and my little loves it. I highly recommend this watch.. I love that it has everything needed to keep in touch and not a lot of games and apps.. it’s perfect!
Had an issue with locking schedule crashing the app. That has been resolved, great all thanks for the response and the update!
We have loved the Gabb watch and app for quite a while now. It is perfect for our peace of mind and being able to contact our elementary student as needed.
My 8yo daughter was begging for a phone so she could ski or bike by herself. I said no because I am anti-screen for kids and see the games as a distraction…but then I found gabb! She loves her watch…and I love the simple, yet effective parental controls. I would highly recommend this!
Everyone has hit all the good points. I have the latest iOS. Every time I try to create or update the Lock Mode Schedule the app crashes. Ideas on how to fix?
Like several others have noted, the app was fine until this week. My son’s watch is stuck in lock mode, and if I try to change lock mode, the app crashes.
