Love this app. It could be better but there are so many worse apps out there. I know where my child is at all times and that is all I really care about. -a paranoid mama
Same as others...the tracker does not work any longer. Edit: After my previous review, gabb contacted me and helped me resolve the issue and it works exactly like we wanted.

Edit: Customer service reached out to me directly and helped us resolve the issue. Everything is working well for now. 🤞 The tracking isn't working. We are both updated, battery fine, cell signal fine. The biggest reason for this app is to be able to see my child's location. It's really frustrating this isn't working.

It is do easy to use.
The location tracker stop working after a day of having the watch and I added a new contact on the app but it didn't update on my kid's watch. Please fix it because as of right now the watch is pretty useless. Edit We ended up fixing it and now there's no more issues and its working how its supposed to and we are really happy with it so far.

I can't get a few functions on the app to work (play sound/locate). One of the reasons I chose the phone was so I could know where my child is. ETA: customer service reached out and helped me solve all my concerns with the app. This service is 100% worth every penny.
