We were excited to get their Black Friday Special of a free phone with a 2yr contract. Hoping their GPS was efficient. It is not, it never shows him leaving home when he goes to school. The only time it says he leaves home is when he is actually home. It works ok as a phone at least so they get 3 stars for that. 0 stars for reliable GPS services however. Very disappointing for the monthly cost.

Had problems with GPS for a while. Got ahold of them. Did everything they asked. They came up with a solution. And it worked. They didn't stop until I was happy. Thank you having great customer service.

Nice to have a phone without social media. GPS worked fine at first but hasn't worked for about the last 10 days. App and phone are up to date. The apps are very limited. Only app our 11 yr old can use is weather. Hoping for more apps very soon. Would be nice to provide access to screen lock via the app or another option so kids cannot lock parents out of the unlock screen.
