I love the fact that there is a simple option out there for kids to just have talk and text without the worry of what they’re being exposed to, but it needs a little tweaking. For one the tracking is off sometimes, it lags a bit when my child enters or exits our “safe zone” and it has notified me now two times that my child has “left home” when in fact my kid was in the same room with me, that can be very scary in certain scenarios and makes me feel like I couldn’t trust the gabb app to track my child correctly. Perfect for young children! Our kindergartener is using the watch with no problem!
My son loves his phone. He would like to ha able to FaceTime his friends with iPod however the Gabb phone is a safe way to communicate so therefore is unable to FaceTime. Users that use iPod can not text or call Gabb users bc the iPod users don’t have an actual phone number just and email. The Gabb user does not have access to internet. My son is really enjoying the new music app. This phone calls and texts. It’s basic. It’s what our kids need. I really love the gps and am able to see where he is. I highly recommend.

There comes a time for kiddos to have their own phone, yet a smartphone… Nope! A communication device will suffice 😀
We love the watch but the app is kind of glitchy and could use some adjustments. For example in safe zone setting it says you can “tap to set a location” but the function doesn’t work, and the radius doesn’t really get small enough. To set a location you have to input an address, so this combined with the radius issue means that his “school” zone includes the adjacent highway. It would be incredibly helpful to parents to be able to have a to do list for kids (especially on school days) that repeats itself. Being able to only list 3 activities isn’t helpful. Would love to remind my child to brush teeth, pack lunch, grab homework, make bed, feed dog, etc. These are daily chores that I’d love to be able to remind my child to do. Also, a separate am/pm option for chores would be helpful.
My son has been using gab watch for 6 months and we’re very glad with this app. It’s absolutely great and helpful.
I got the gab watch and it is PERFECT for long trip without me and she can contact her dad and her friends and it’s just 10 $ a month
