Support told me they can't help me with my problem on why my phone can't reach the watch. I'm listed as a parent on the account, can't text or reach my child. it worked originally then stopped. Haven't been able to for almost a year. I asked for a supervisor, they told me to email their legal. Support is useless. wish we would have never bought the device, it's a scam. GPS is so inaccurate as well. Can't count on this. Contacting my states attorney.

location tracking is awful. which is one of the most important things to be able to do for a child.

*Jun26* still having the same issues, they haven't reached out to me yet. *Dec'25* having the same issues w/ the 3es. Guess we're stuck until we're ready to get the kids real phones in a yr or 2 and be done w Gabb. *Apr'25* Gabb's social media team sent us replacements in exchange for a higher review rating. *Mar'25* Unreliable. They don't work the majority of the time. We also disabled focus mode on the app, but it won't disable on the watches.

The actual worst. Phone is CONSTANTLY malfunctioning and it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a human! They designed their app so that you will lose your mind with frustration trying to navigate it, having to log back in every time you click to something else. Wanna contact support?Well tough, you can't, because the 'contact' page will error and not load. I genuinely hate this phone and company. Also the battery life is nonexistent.

The idea of the phone is great but overall the Gabb phone sucks. I can't even message my kids directly anymore(i think it might be a storage issue) and now have to use an older group chat. The apps suck. If you try to login to any of their apps it will kick you out as soon as you press anything. An old school flip phone is probably more worth the cost. This is a very cheap phone and service that we are all over paying for considering it's a pain to use for kids and parents.

If there was another safe phone/watch company that offered communications without having everyone download another app, (so the communications go through regular phone systems) I would switch in a heart beat. The Gabb set-up and customer service are absolutely horrible. I have never spoken to a human and the way they have things set up just doesn't make sense. I needed to order a replacement phone and a new phone but I wasn't allowed to do that at the same time. No help!

watch refuses to update location, says there is no signal even after multiple resets and even a few factory resets. super frustrating and unreliable.

The watch and the app unpair a lot. My daughter's location is rarely correct. I have to manually go into the app and click "update" to see her location.. so the notifications are pointless.
