Horrible will not update the location in real time. It took several minutes and when it did show me the location it told me that my son was at some random person's house instead of at school. I almost had the cops called for a possible kidnapping. What in the hell are we paying for? This is scary and we will be canceling our subscription

I can't remove focus mode. Even though it shows turned off. I can't update location because focus mode won't turn off. I can't run the update on my daughters watch because it's stuck in focus mode, rendering the watch useless. Frustrating when I pay a decent amount monthly for hers and my son's watches.

UPDATE: 5/8/26 returning and canceling service. only had for 3 weeks and everything was a head ache!! now it says no signal after we've updated it multiple times, did a hard reset, uninstalled & reinstalled the app and it still doesn't work!! the GPS doesnt work, sound cuts in and out on the phone, only texting works properly at this point! such a waste of money DONT BUY it!

horrible. I couldn't even get passed the set up. it says set up manually. it gives you prompts and the selections they tell you to hit, aren't even there. just horrible.

glitches and keeps asking me to download the gabb app to activate device, even tho I am currently using gab app.

I have had 2 watches that fail to pair with the app. I am so over it. customer service is friendly and helpful, but still unable to resolve the issue. im still on the phone with support (multiple hold periods), so let's see what happens. Im agitated and not very hopeful. Wishing I had gone with Bark Watch.

super glitchy and unreliable! No tracking ability. very unsupported. I have been a customer for 2+years and finally switched. First, lost the ability to find phone/track about 1 year ago. Customer service keeps saying "working on it" If you are OK with not knowing where phone is...good option then. Second they only support 9 apps with phones and devices. 4 of the apps are Koran, Mormon and Bible. Third, very pricey. $35/mo before tax and fees. service is spotty and we live in a major city.

After an app update on 4/28/26, my son's watch stopped functioning. Even after multiple restarts and factory resets to the watch uninstalling and re-installing the app on my phone, and attempts to unassign and reassign the watch, nothing works. We're also still waiting for the Gabb Move app to be added back to the watch after it was removed days before Christmas. We were told it would be back by the end of the first quarter. No 24 hour support available, so no way to communicate with my son.

It was great for a while, but now my app and my wife's app (hers is Apple) gets notifications EVERY 15 MINUTES that kiddo's watch is in the home safe zone. It's not moving. App is just telling us every 15 minutes that it's still there, I guess. It wasn't doing this before, but now it's driving us crazy, and turning off notifications means losing a major functionality of the watch. Woke up to 50+ Gabb notifications. -_-
