My daughter hasn't been able to receive any messages since the new update, but, of course, they're still happily charging for service

This has got to be the most unintuitive, unhelpful, frustrating user experience I've ever had. We bought these watches because of the constant marketing, but clearly they didn't hire competent engineers. Nothing works. The watches don't track properly, their battery life is only a couple hours, the website support doesn't work, and they lock you in a contract but don't warranty their watches for the duration. It's maddening!

Watch just randomly unpairs from the app, rendering it completely pointless. The watch won't pair again after using all of the troubleshoot steps. I wouldn't recommend trusting your child's safety with gabb.

Same as most everyone else with the inaccurate gps location. Ex..when my daughter is at school, sometimes it will show her miles away. It is useless. I requested Life360 so the entire family is on one app (and I know it's accurate) but it was denied. It's not convenient to have one child on a separate app. Not all texts that should be flagged, actually are. I have given feedback and reached out to customer service but nothing has changed. As soon as our contract is up, we will be switching.

Completely terrible app and service. I'm set up as a guardian, but I can't complete calls or send and receive text messages with my kid. I don't get location updates for days at a time. Update: The claim that I don't have an account is ridiculous. I'm an authorized caregiver on my daughter's account and I have the confirmation emails to prove it. Something is very wrong with your software. If this was an emergency, my kid would be unreachable.

constant issues. I'm three hours into troubleshooting today. factory resetting the watch, uninstall and installing the app. original issue was that my son couldn't receive texts from contacts I approved. trying a factory reset to resolve and now we can't connect to Internet. tried dozens of times

Location tracking is a dismal. The tracking was great at first, but after having the app and phone for over a year, the location tracking is useless and totally unreliable. I set up the "safe zones" to get notifications of leavings and goings and sometimes I'd get notifications that my son left the house hours after he left and had returned. This is the main reason for getting the Gabb Phone so it is very disappointing. Consider other options if location tracking is a priority for you.
