I was already having issues with my child's old Gabb phone, where the GPS was delayed, so I had no way of tracking them. I upgraded their phone to a newer Gabb model (not even a year ago), and after a few months where everything was working fine, we began having the same issue again. It's very frustrating. I regret recommending Gabb Wireless to other parents.

we've had this watch a few years and have had issues from the beginning. the concept and company are great, but when the watch and/or app only work reliably half the time, what's the point. the most recent update is the worst yet. battery drains quickly, gps doesn't update unless I restart my phone, and as of this morning calls aren't even going thru. I'm about ready to look elsewhere.

useless- do not use gabb. I was happy with the gabb watch 2 and when I updated to the 3e the location doesn't work nor does the watch sync to their app anymore. customer service has been 100% useless

watch randomly just stops working i gave to contact gabb about every 2 months for them to " reset it" and for the last 3 months the location doesn't work so I cant ever see where he is, I will be looking for a different company to switch to and canceling with gabb, its just very unreliable

horrible software stability! Our watches and phones are constantly needing to be fixed. They rarely are able to text or be tracked on the app. we were hoping after having their watches for our kids the last few years that Gabb would fix their MANY electronic instabilities.

it was great at first. Now we can't add new contacts. We have gone through everything and nothing works. Customer service is hard to find.
