Worst app and service I've ever dealt with. There's always an "update" being done that doesn't make the app work any better. It's always crashing, never saving info that's being edited. I've been trying to activate my son's phone since Wed afternoon with no success. The chat agent wasn't any help and claimed that I needed to wait another 24hrs. The chat agents seem to also have issues on their ends and can't help or are not knowledgeable. I will be cancelling my service ASAP! Ridiculous!
Does not offer active tracking that's reliable.

I received notices abt flagged messages but when I click on it- it ALWAYS says: oops something went wrong. Then trying to reach support is a joke.

Terrible. I get double notifications that I cant stop or turn off and the app only works half the time, if that. A month later and the fix was only temporary. My experience with mygabb can only be described as extremely frustrating. Here we are, 1 week later, and im having the same problem all over again. Every experience is like groundhog day. I have to constantly reset and restart every month. Its not worth the headache!

Latest app version does not work well. I had to sign in again and for some reason all the devices connected to my account were removed so I have to set it all up again.

Location map doesn't update in real time. I need to know where my kid is now, not 30 minutes (or several days) ago. This is really my only complaint with these phones. I hope that gets updated soon.

Frustrating app. It's very slow and the tracking feature is not reliable. I'm frequently unable to refresh the location and sometimes it's just not accurate. I would not purchase this again.
