No way to use the phone without an expensive contract that provides almost no features. Just buy your kids an old iPhone/Android, at least it will have the features your kids need without requiring a contract.

I have been a customer for 5 years. In the beginning with my oldest it worked amazing and did everything promised, especially the GPS. Now with my two younger it has been completely unreliable and the the app nor the devices locations NEVER update. I am canceling and getting Bark.

The location services will update anywhere from 30 seconds to 1 hour after arriving at/departing from a "safe zone." The notifications are spotty. The amount of times you have to disconnect & reconnect the watch to the app just to get it working correctly is ridiculous. Save your money & energy - don't buy a Gabb watch.

They have Nothing I used a gabb phone for 2 years and honestly they suck if you are considering a gabb phone don't pull the trigger if u are an android user get a free pixel 10a and use Google family link. their services are the worst I have to ask for music that never makes it on that is a blatantly anti consumer strategy and the price gouging is awful and I asked for the wyze app for my watch and they said no I needed their watch all in all gabb is an awful a company
This thing is terrible. I just paid for a plan because you have to do that before setting up the watch, but I keep getting the same error messages after pairing device and attempting setup. I guess I will have to dispute the charge with my credit company since it won't even work.

Everything was going ok at first, now you have to wait half the day for calls and texts to update. Now here it is Thursday the 21st of May and no updates since the 19th in the morning. The GPS is another problem, it takes awhile to update location also. I have had my phone checked to make sure it's not on my end. I'm not happy with it right now.

Issues with location updating on prop phone and watch will no longer turn on. Says not connected to find GPS location, but still has service and flags messages. When it did work it was great.

stop the awful updates. the watch worked great at first but each update gets worse and worse. they're basically useless now. can't call and see the location.
