Don't buy Gabb products. I got 2 watches for my kids, and they never worked correctly. GPS location was frequently incorrect and wouldn't update. The watches are also glitchy. I'm going to be cancelling by subscription and getting something else.

I bought this watch for my child because the app was compatible with my phone. Now after updates I haven't been able to use the app (it is no longer compatible with my phone), which makes most of the features useless. Very disappointed, my child uses to love this watch.

tasks don't work right and it was one of the main reasons I bought the watch 3e for my son. gps part works perfectly as does texting. calling works but can be hard to hear.

The app generally works well. The reason for the low rating is the devices themselves. We have had a watch and one replacement watch for over a year and there hasn't been a single day that it was 100% functional. We have experienced everything from constant screen blackouts, pairing issues, slow gps refresh rate, unfunctional focus modes, guardian contact issues, and the list goes on....

Almost completely non-functional. They must have decided not to maintain the Android version at all.

The app is terrible. The notifications are random and often late...really late. The location of the phone is always days old. Completely unreliable.

Tracking use to be spot on but like the others said, when it updated it no longer give a specific location. I gave it 2 stars because Gabb service tried to help but I think it is Gabb in general and not my child's watch that is the problem. After the update the watch no longer notifies me the watch is turned on or off. It also no longer let's me know what battery life the watch is at. I loved this watch so much at first and was planning on buying a second but now I question doing so.
