Very professional, prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. I have re-financed 3 times in the last 12 years in 3 states and this was the best experience so far from the first phone call to the close. Entire process took 35 days. They run a very good house! Thanks Anthony!

I can honestly say that without Anthony and his team at Garden state home loans, we would have never been able to secure a mortgage. While we were not the ideal couple at the start looking to buy a home, Anthony did everything possible to make our home owning dream a reality. He worked with us and followed up everyday during everystep of the process. His team was very pleasant and knew exactly what they were doing the entire time.

I worked with Anthony Casa with Garden Staten Loans in getting mortgage for my first home. I was very happy with the way everything went. Garden State Loans is very thorough. I was extremely happy with my loan officer, Sue Colella and her team. Her diligence and consistence to follow through to represent us in a professional and respectful manner in acquiring a mortgage is a true representation of what GS Loans stands for. I didn't hear from garden state loans until I used lending tree to shop for a mortgage. Garden state loans gave me the most value for my money. No hidden fees, no extra costs, I was very pleased with the thoroughness of the application process. Everything went swift and I was ready for closing way before the seller was. All together I'd recommend garden state loans because their rates are truly the most competitive right now.

Anthony made the refinance process goes as smoothly as possible and provided detailed answers to all my questions. Even though there were a few bumps along the way none of which were Anthony's doing he was very responsive and on top of the situations. I would highly recommend Anthony to anyone searching for a new or refinance of a mortgage home.

I worked with the owner Justin and his employee Brandi to refinance my home. This was the third refinance and by far the easiest. They made the process as painless and seamless as possible. As many out there, my appraisal came in way below what we expected. Justin quickly explained my options and was still able to get me a great rate.
