I worked with Justin and the team at Garden State Loans to refi a loan I'd taken out with their help just a year ago. From initial query to closed loan was very quick (3 weeks for approval and just over 4 weeks for fully closed loan) with no negative surprises and everybody on the team was very responsive and helpful including the closer who came to our home for the 8:30PM appointment, was right on time, and was exceptionally organized and professional.

Justin is very quick, thorough, always available to answer any questions and is great with explaining how and why things are done. He has a no BS let's get this done kind of attitude which I think is great and I would not hesitate to refer him or use him again in the future. The whole process of the refinance went very smoothly, no problems, no surprises and actually a lot quicker than I thought it would be.

Justin at GSL was amazing. He not only helped me get the lowest interest rate possible, but he also helped me change my flood determination to a non-flood zone status and thus saving me money in un-needed flood insurance. He made my refinance experience a smooth process and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to finance their home.

I've done many closings before and this by far was the easiest process. Anthony is extremely knowledgeable and was very responsive to my questions and concerns. He was up front about the process and kept me informed about what to expect. I would highly recommend Garden State Loans to anyone who may be inclined to refinance or close on a mortgage. Highly Recommended. Great experience! Despite a lot of documentation mumbo-jumbo that was required, Anthony was responsive and explained everything. Despite an employee handling the case leaving midway, Anthony took it up and closed it. Would love to work with Garden State again!
