Anthony and team was very helping with our refi from an FHA loan and out of the insurance. The most important aspect from our standpoint was I felt I could trust him and that i was never being taken advantage of. I will recommend Anthony to anyone looking for home financing needs.

Extremely responsive. Followed through with all their commitments and closed the loan fast. We started with the refinancing of my primary home and they were able to refinance my second home at the same terms.

Our current home is being sold to Blue Acres through FEMA after significant damage from Hurricane Sandy.We had a tight deadline to find a new home and turn our keys for our current home to the State of NJ for the buyout. I explained our situation to Michael Pearlman at Garden State. He was more than willing to help. Only one day after I provided him with documentation, he issued us a preapproval for a mortgage. It's been a pleasure working with Anthony and his team at Garden State Home Loans. I'm very impressed with Anthony's consistent professionalism and courtesy. I have never used a broker before and found Garden State Loans very helpful and easy to go thru the process. I started the process on the 1st and had my closing by the 24th. They explained every step needed and held the rates quoted. I would highly recommend using Garden State for all my home loans. HThomas
