Good service, helpful and willing to explain costs. My only complaint is the rate kept floating down causing numerous estimates which got confusing. Also the time my loan closed caused me to miss two payments which is fantastic but I didn't know until the final days. They did take care of everything and I would use them again.

I had a fantastic experience with Garden State and Anthony Casa. I have done several purchase mortgages and refinances over the years and this was by far the best. Great rate, incredibly responsive, and stood behind everything he said. I will recommend GSL to all my friends and will absolutely work with them when I'm in the market again.

My experience could not have been better. From the first phone conversation with Justin to the closing of the refinance he was personally on top of everything and patiently answered my dozens of questions even returning calls after hours from his home. Not only is their customer service top notch the rate was lower than I could find anywhere else. I even had a competing company who I did my original loan with and also a great company tell me there is no way garden state loans could get me that rate with zero cost from me. Th... read more

It was a great pleasure to work with Justin DeJoseph from Garden State to refinance my existing home loan. I’ve been trying to get a refinance done through few other lenders before and it’s been an absolute nightmare. The rates Justin provided to me were very competitive, and his fees was awesome (only $400 origination) which you can’t beat it. Soon after purchasing my home I realized that mortgage rates went down, so I tried to apply for a refinance. Every bank and broker turned me down, saying it makes no sense to refi so soon after purchase since closing costs would eat away any potential gain of lower interest rates. Except for Garden State Loans. The agent I dealt with found for me a $0-closing-cost option, where all of my closing costs would be reimbursed. Their employees were very attentive to detail and seemed to be very honest (which is unusual in this day and age). They provided all the information you needed to make an informed decision.
