I've refinanced several times with different companies over the past 10 years. My experience with Garden State Loans was by far the best. Their customer service was outstanding. They made the process easy and my loan closed within 3 weeks. I would highly recommend Garden State Loans to my close friends and family.

I just refinanced my 30 year to a 15 year, my rep Michael P. and the support staff were very helpful and responsive throughout the process. We hit couple of bumps in between and Michael was able to clearly explain the options we had and I was able to navigate through them. I would highly recommend them to anyone. One last thing, there were no surprises in the closing cost, I know this is not a simple statement for anyone who has refinanced.

Was very satisfied from start to finish with garden state loans. I had lots of questions and was pleasantly surprised how quickly they were answered. Most times within 10 minutes. They even check their emails when the office is closed, and respond.My realtor was also impressed with garden state loans and she has been selling homes for 15 years. She will now be recommending them to her future clients.
