If you're like most people, going thru a refinance or getting a mortgage is a tedious process of document collection combined with nervousness about making the right choice for your needs. Garden State was a welcome relief. The team is excellent at walking you through options and giving you insight into the positives and potential negatives of each. The process was streamlined and efficient- we would highly recommend them.

Garden State Loans is the BEST. I refinanced my primary residence. My loan was especially difficult because I have rental properties. They were extremely knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. There was no weak link in the chain. Everyone was terrific. It was quick and the best mortgage company I have ever used and the rate was the lowest I could find.

I have used Garden State for my initial mortgage and now my refinance. Both times I received excellent service. The people at Garden State are professional and assist you through the entire process. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants informed and friendly company.

Very helpful in every aspect. Always available to answer questions and guide through the process. Anytime something was needed, the staff was prompt and courteous. They certainly go above and beyond to make sure that the loan refinance goes as smooth and easy as possible for the client.

I refinanced my mortgage using Garden State Loans. They found a very low rate for me. It was lower than I could find myself. Their fees were low and explained very clearly to me so I knew exactly what I would be paying. Any questions were promptly answered to my satisfaction. Their process was quick and efficient. This was my second home and my second experience using Garden State Loans. Both experiences have been exceptional. Our mortgage paperwork was done well in advance to our closing date which made closing on our home a pleasurable and stress-free.
