Dealing with Norm and Garden State was wonderful. They gave me the most competitive rate, great service, and delivered extremely quickly. They were even nice enough to drop off a refund check to my house after our loan closed. I will be using them in the future for all of my mortgage needs. closed my refinance in a few weeks and had no issues - although it is a real pain in the rear these days to refinance because all of information that is requested, Garden State Loans handled everything in a very professional manner.
