My experience with GSM was absolutely painless! My loan agent, Lynda Homiak, held my hand through the entire process and went beyond what I expected! She always had time for me, and she and her assistant responded to my inquiries immediately. I closed with a 2.875% loan. Our experience in obtaining a mortgage through GSM has been outstanding. It's been 30 years since we purchased our prior home, and the difference now a days in process complications, along with the breadth and depth of requirements is immense. My agent, Mr Ted Trump, gave me a an excellent low rate and answered all my questions as they came up. He answered my phone calls promptly and followed up on the e-mails the same day. They even helped me get a lower price on the title search. They made sure we closed right on time and I did not feel stressed. We dealt directly with Norman Tomasello & his team including Lisa Celentano. Frankly, they were amazing. Any time we had questions regarding the process they would reply immediately whether by phone or email. It was a real breath of fresh air as I've dealt with multiple mortgage companies and representatives over the last two years that would constantly leave us hanging.
