I called Garden State on Friday, October 11, 2013 and spoke to Ted Trump about a refinance. Within an hour I had an email from him summarizing our discussion and a list of documents I needed to proceed. We closed the loan 3 weeks later, and it would have been sooner but IRS was slow to confirm tax returns. I've had bad experiences with mortgage brokers in the past, so it was nice to actually have someone that called me back and kept on top of everything in timely fashion. Mortgage packages were extremely competitive. I would use them again absolutely.

We recently refinanced with Garden State Home Loans and had a very positive experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and guided us through the process at every step. Anthony and his staff worked hard to get us the best rate possible for our refi, with minumum costs. I would use this company again and highly recommend their services.

Justin was more than awesome in helping me with my mortgage needs! he explained to me what needed to be done and filled out to apply for a mortgage got me the best rates and different scenarios with different rates where I could get money back to help with closing cost, responded back immediately to any question I had, I emailed him one morning at 7:47 am and he responded back to me within minutes, I never expected him to be checking his emails at that time of the morning. Norman Tomasello deserves every one of this 5 star review. It is rare you get to find someone who really exceeds all your expectations and takes care of you from your first phone call to your last closing conversations. I found Norm when we were refinancing our old home. I was a little skeptical about the great rate and promise to cover some of our closing costs but figured to take a chance. Garden State Home Loan provided us one of the best rates and helped us close on time under time pressure. We worked with Daniel Haney who not only got us great purchase rate, helped us go through the entire closing process in a timely manner and kept all his promises even under different situation. I refinanced this summer using Garden State Loans as the mortgage broker. Michael Pearlman, my loan representative at GSL, was the soul of calm and equanimity during what is by nature a stressful process for most people. He was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful throughout. I would definitely recommend GSL to a family member or friend, and I would tell them to request Michael Pearlman as their loan rep when they call or e-mail the company. He is the best!!
