I worked with both Justin and Anthony in doing a refinance on my home. They were straight forward with me, kept every promise they made, and the entire loan process was amazingly simple and easy. We had an EXCELLENT experience with Michael (and Anthony who helped at one point) and Garden State Loans. There were times when it got a little bogged down with paperwork, but that's par for the course, and I really felt like I could ask as many questions as I wanted to and I always got quick, helpful, friendly responses. I worked with Michael Pearlman and he did wonderful job for my refinance. Michael responded very quickly to questions and he maintained the professionalism till I got the refinance done. I really appreciate Michael to keep up his words to not to change the interest rate with promised closing cost which I was deliberately looking for at that time. I have used Garden State Loans for 2 Purchases and a refinance. I can honestly say These guys are the BEST! Justin and Anthony got my loan done every time. The loans they did weren't the easiest either. Justin ran my credit through his simulator and told me exactly what bills to pay off for best possible credit. I recently moved, and chose Garden State Loans as my broker. In particular, I worked with Norm Tomasello, and he guided me step-by-step through the process, and in the end, had an excellent experience. I have now worked with Garden State on multiple transactions, and see no reason to ever choose another company. Norm even worked his charm on other parties involved in my transaction to make sure everything stayed on track. His 100% laser focus on my mortgage was impressive.

I worked with Ted Trump for a refi and couldn't be happier. When the original loan didn't work out as planned, Ted quickly devised a 'Plan B' for us and worked to make it happen fast. He usually responded to queries within a few hours but when he couldn't, he always responded by the morning the next business day. The process was much easier than my refinance 3-4 years ago. I would recommend to my friends and family.

We have refinanced houses previously at different banks and loan companies; experiencing the best and worst scenarios. Therefore, we were extremely impressed by Garden State loans, their quick responses to questions, their professionalism, and the fast closing that they provided for us. This was probably the best company we have dealt with for mortgage services, and will definitely use them again.

I truly enjoyed my loan processing experience with Garden State. Michael Pearlman went above any beyond to ensure that my loan was handled timely and accurately. He was easily accessible via phone or email whenever needed. He did everything possible to ensure that everything was in order to make the transaction smooth. I would definitely refer friends and family without hesitation.
