I recommend anyone buying or refinancing to use Garden State Home Loans, Inc. The staff was knowledgeable, readily available, and always took the time to explain any questions that I had. The entire process was very efficient, they over delivered on the initial terms that they quoted. They ended up saving us money on the house of our dreams and we cannot thank them enough!

Refinance needs a lot of documents. GSL were very much on the top of matter to make sure we provide all necessary documents on time and it worked to our advantage that we could grab a very competitive rate which was BETTER THAN known banks around us....!!! Closing was also quite smooth and professionally handled. Anthony and his team at Garden State Loans were tremendously cooperative and responsive in helping me refinance my home loans. The refinance was more complicated and that a simple payoff one loan and replace it with another, but despite the complexity, GSL helped us navigate the questions and documentation requirements. I honestly could not have been happier with Garden State Loans! Not only did they give me the best rate around, but their customer service is unbeatable!! The whole thought of refinancing was daunting to me with all the endless paperwork but Garden State walked me through every step and was there for me to ask all the questions (no matter how mundane) I wanted.
