We've used Garden State several times on two properties (on at the Jersey shore) as rates have declined in the last three years. The personnel are extremekly knowlegable and professional. Their charges are very reasonable

Best financial/lending experience ever! I was nervous about going through ANY RE-FI because of some of the reviews I read about various lending institutions. It was confusing to say the least. I recently closed on a refinance with GSHL. I dealt with Mr Justin DeJoseph from beginning to end. He contacted me less than 10 minutes after my initial inquiry and explained every detail to me. Honestly, it all sounded too good to be true. That being said, he and GSHL DELIVERED on ALL of their promises. We wish we had used GSHL for all our mortgages until now. We were hesitant to even apply for a refinance, having bought in a high market, and given the trend in property values. GSHL are honest and thorough, they worked with us. They are technology savvy too, so emailed documents saved us considerable time because they did not insist on paper copies for each and every thing. They handle super jumbo mortgages with ease.

Garden state provided Excellent service and worked overtime to assist closing my house.15 years fixed rate was 2.625% without closing costs then to my surprise they reduced interest rate to 2.5 lowest interest rate. Loan was closed on time. I am very happy with them and recommend anyone looking for loan. One suggestion to anyone is make sure you plan upfront with required funds in bank and not moving around to reduce delays.

The loan officer in which I had was Justin DeJoseph and he was helful throughout the loan process. We kept in touch via email and answered every question in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone

They had the lowest rate which was very important, but their knowledge and responsiveness were excellent. While the mortgage application may be cumbersome with all the new regulations, Mr. Casa was there every step of the way. I was able to get their immediate response right away. I highly recommend.

We have refinanced with Garden State Loans twice and had a great experience both times working with Mr. Anthony Casa. He responds immediately, and even keeps in touch after the closing of your loan when rates drop. He helps the process run very smoothly and I highly recommend refinancing with him! They were superior to all of our prior closings...
