Garden State loans provided top rated services throughout the loan process. I was skeptical of their sales pitch at the first call but they more than delivered what they promised. They worked hard to find me best of best rate. They were always reachable via phone and email. They were very professional in their dealing, always honest and upfront on the process, and efficient in delivering. I highly recommend their services for any prospective client.

From the moment I submitted a request on Lending Tree I was subjected to a barrage of sales calls. The first and most professional came from Todd Brister of Garden State Loans. I worked with Justin DeJoseph for refinancing my loan. Justin was a thorough professional from start to end. Took time out to explain me the process during initial consultation and listed out documents I would need to provide. I found Garden State Home Loans thru bankrate.com and Anthony and his team helped me with a refi which closed in approximately one month (end of March '13). I was initially very skeptical about the one month process because my previous refi took approximately three months (Chase). The process with GSHL was straightforward and simple. Was very impressed with Garden State. They work very fast and efficiently . I think the documentation requests were excessive but I think that had more to do with the underwriters than with Garden State.
