Jonathan and his team preformed exceptionally for me. They followed up on every detail and got my loan approved and completed efficiently. My income situation, being self employed, can be a complication when it comes to obtaining a mortgage, but Jon and the Garden State team made it happen quickly and accommodated everything we required. They where always available and helpful. It was a very personal experience and I couldn't more highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend Jonathan Menk and Garden State Home Loans. Jonathan was there every step of the way. He answered every question I had, even if it seemed silly. He answered every email, text, voicemail and phone call in a timely manner. He never made me feel frustrated which I really appreciated. I could not have asked for a better person to work with or a better company to deal with.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jonathan at Garden State Home Loans. Jonathan is very professional and courteous. He has outstanding customer service skills. He is very knowledgable of the field. I was new to all this and he walked me through every detail from start to finish. He returned every phone call quickly. No question was too small. Can't recommend Matt Prizzi enough! He made the entire process of buying our home so much less overwhelming. He was very clear in every step of the process and had our best interest in mind from day 1. He responded quickly to all our questions (even on the weekends). This was so important for us since this was all very new and foreign to us! It was definitely a 5 Star experience!
