We bought our house in Oct 2018 when the interest rates were pretty high, and then Garden State contacted us in March to offer a free refi! Not 100% free but they credited us all of their fees. And we got .75 lower in interest! It was so worth it!

If this is your first time buying a home or your 10+ time buying Matthew is someone you will want to work with. He made time for us, make sure with both understood every step of the process and got us the best deal! I did do a lot of shopping around. Jonathan was a tremendous resource for us when my business partner and I recently closed on two investment properties at the same time.
