Jake was our Mortgage Loan Originator for the purchase of our first home, and I was extremely on guard about working with a company I had found through an online mortgage rate aggregation site. Easy to work with. Extremely responsive and helpful. This team was great. Jae, Caroline, and Kate answered many many questions promptly, and with a pleasant “happy to help” demeanor. Their quote and estimate was also much more transparent than some of the others I received. I got a great rate and they never tried to bait and switch.

I worked with Jake and his team at Garden State Home loans and it was a great experience. Buying a house for the first time comes with a ton of questions for the loan company. Jake was so helpful and broke down everything to help me better understand the numbers. He had him and his team, Carrie and Heather, keep me up to date on everything that needed to be done in order to keep the process smooth.

Our experience with Jacob Snow form Garden State Home Loans was great. Not only was he able to obtain the best rate and terms/conditions, he guided us through the process and made the experience very enjoyable. His knowledge of the housing markets and the interest rates really made us feel comfortable as this was our first home purchase. Looking forward to working with Jacob again on our next purchase!

I was a little apprehensive about Garden State Home Loans, as I was buying in PA and I assumed they were primarily NJ based. As a first time homebuyer, I worried anything could go wrong.
