Jacob (and his entire team, for that matter) was awesome - he walked us through the entire process, followed up regularly, and even went above and beyond to make our closing despite hitting tons of traffic. He was great, especially since we were first-time homebuyers, and we would definitely recommend him and Garden State Home Loans

Matt is Extremely knowledgeable about mortgages and even better at communicating the intricacies of financing. He was very responsive from the start and got us the best rate possible. We purchased a New Construction house which lends itself to difficulties with locking a rate. Matt was proactive in communicating what our options were at all times. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone.

Jacob was very helpful from the beginning, was able to answer any questions or concerns I had about the loan options and was a straighter shooter. Provided different options concerning loan amounts, the interest rates and difference between them all. Him and his team worked fast and effectively to get my loan approved way before the closing date. Great communication and excellent teamwork. The numbers worked out just as expected with no hidden terms or conditions. Would recommend him 110%.

Working with Garden State Home Loans was amazing, specifically Chris Pell. After going through a bad divorce, I wasn't sure that I would ever be able to get a mortgage of my own again. Chris promised me he would, and he did! Their online portal was really easy to use and Chris was always there to help whenever I had a question. I am trilled to be in my new home, and it wouldn't be possible if it weren't for him. Thanks Chris!

Jake Snow of Garden State Loans provided excellent support throughout the mortgage process. He answered all my questions, made himself available during weekends and nights as well as normal the business hours, always personally answered his phone or called me back immediately and demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the mortgage process from start to finish. Jake ensured all forms were filled out correctly, provided feedback as needed and followed the application through the approval and closing. Jake did an outstanding job!
