Garden State Home Loans is by far the BEST mortgage company I have ever used. The application process was straight-forward, the rates and closing costs were low and there were no hidden fees or surprises. This lender was great ! Closed in three weeks, did what she said she would do and had a great rate. We applied Dec 4th and though Christmas and New Years was in between we closed on 1/4 as promised !
