We refinanced with Norm. It has been a wonderful experience from start to end. Very smooth process, great interest rate and low fees. He does deliver on every promise!!! They were outstanding. Very responsive. Most importantly they patient with me on the phone when I had questions on topics that I was uninformed on throughout the entire process.
