Anthony and his staff were very professional and great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and was quick to respond back to you even on weekends when you didn't expect it. We were able to close within 30 days with no issues. Garden State Loans are highly recommended.

My experience with GardenState Loans was incredible. Susan Colella walked me through the entire process on the very first day and she literally explained every part of the process along the way. Most mortgage companies drag the process out for at least a couple months and GardenState closed my loan in less than 3 weeks. They are awesome! They helped me secure a much better interest rate and at much lower mortgage processing costs, thereby saving me real good money every month.I was refinancing with a credit union bank, when a friend recommended me to try GardenStateLoans. I am glad, I listened to his advise, I was able to close my loan in lesser time and much lower costs. I am impressed with their overall delivery model!!

Anthony was a great help to me in an otherwise burdensome home buying process. I was on maternity leave, which presented some obstacles. Anthony was patient and professional even when things were difficult. He always answered my emails and returned my calls promptly, even after normal business hours. I highly recommend Anthony Casa and Garden State Home Loans. He got me the best rate and also gave me very personalized service.

Garden State Loans was incredible in timing and worked so hard to achieve our goals when we wanted to close early. They made sure it happened! Everything went smoothly and specifically Susan and Heather did an amazing job with immediate responses to all our questions and concerns. They were extremely respectful and knowledgeable throughout the process and we were able to learn a lot from this process. We achieved a great interest rate and did not pay any fees. As First-Time Homebuyers, we couldn't be happier that we chose Garden State Home Loans. Not only were we new, but my wife was pregnant and we were looking to close a short sale. Thankfully Lisa, Brandi, Anthony AND Justin were able to answer all of questions. Even when we "thought" something was wrong, the team responded professionally and relieved our stress. If anyone is choosing ANY other lender, they should at the very least give Garden State Home Loans a call. You won't regret it.
