Garden State was great. I am in the real estate industry and have seen many financial institutions not be able to follow through with their initial representation for a loan product or rate. Not only did Garden State follow through they were thorough, extremely fast and easily accessible. I have no problem recommending Garden State to anyone looking for their first mortgage or to refinance their existing mortgage. Norm and Lisa were fantastic!!

Doing some research online, I found what looked to be a really great rate through Garden State Home Loans. I called, got through immediately to someone and was immediately impressed by the professional way my call and questions were handled. GS delivered on everything promised including the great rate on a 15-year refinance. Communication throughout the process was excellent. We called Garden State home loans for a mortgage on an investment property. We were quoted a very good rate, but as with others I'm sure, was a little hesitant in going with a company I haven't heard of. We took a leap of faith and in the end, really glad we did. Good communication. Transparent and available all times by email and cell phone. Effective facilitating loan coordinating and resolving appraisal and final lender questions. Highly recommend.

First off, top of the market best rate and lowest closing cost. Exceptional service. The whole process was painless with no pressure. Other lenders just can't compete.

We contacted Sue Colella at GSHL the day after Christmas, and even with the intervening New Year’s holiday, they closed our loan refinance in a little over 3 weeks. We were very impressed with the tremendous service and professionalism of Anthony, Sue, and their team at Garden State. They found us a great rate and eliminated our PMI, resulting in significant savings. We highly recommend them.

I decided to refinance with Garden State Loans after reading reviews online. Garden State Loans also showed up as offering some of the most competitive rates around with fair costs for the refinancing process. Super easy and fast to deal with. Very responsive, they made everything a smooth transition. I can't recommend enough. I was very unsure going in to the process and Mike made things very easy for me. If your looking to do a loan or refinance, definitely use these guys.
