The entire team is lightning-responsive, helpful and acts with integrity. Our lawyer and agent remarked at our closing how impressed they were with how quickly the lender responded to a minor change, which is a direct result of Garden State's work. They're a great team to have in your corner during the purchasing process.

Very thorough in their explanations, and very helpful throughout the whole process. It took roughly 3 weeks to close on the loan, really without any effort on our part except to gather proper documentation. It was truly a pleasure working with Susan and Anthony- we never though the re-finance process could be so easy and enjoyable.

There responsiveness so timely and efficient that it made me initially suspicious. I've never had a refinance that was so easy. There process is very efficient and well coordinated. I also appreciated the evening closing meeting. Great rate too.

Garden State Home Loans is a gem! They were professional, quick, knowledgeable and best of all, pleasant without being obnoxious! The folks over at Garden State Loans take the time to answer questions, discuss options, and tailor a loan package just you.We refinanced our house just recently with GSHL and are very happy we did. A GREAT rate and a quick turnaround. They even sent the titlework to our house for signature in the evening!They stick to their word. Very rare these days!
