I actually worked with Garden State Home Loans twice. The first time the home purchase fell through (we actually shot the deal due to uncooperative sellers). I enjoyed working with them on that loan so I went right back to them when we found another home to purchase. We needed to close on our home quickly and Garden State was able to close in just 3 weeks! Our experience with GSHL was extremely positive.Everyone we dealt with was helpful, pleasant and responsive, and they took the time to answer questions and help us understand the process.The notary who came to our home to walk us through the closing was equally professional, and clearly and succinctly explained each document even though I'm sure he could have rushed us through it.We would recommend GSLH highly.
The refinance transaction was very smooth. I am skeptical by nature, and was waiting for the "bump" in the road. I am happy to say it never came. The staff were courteous and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend them to others.
