Norm was great to work with on our recent refinance with Garden State Loans. Whenever I had a specific question (and yes, I had several), he responded right away with answers in laymen's terms. I highly recommend Garden State Loans and I thank Norm for his great customer service!

Garden State provided a very good experience throughout the process. The rates, fees, efficiency of service and staff was professional excellent to work with. The one small issue was the wire at closing was sent a few minutes late leading to a delay in process throught the Federal wire system. It caused the closing to last about 2 hours longer than expected, but no home loan closing ever goes off without some glitch. I would recommend Garden State Loans. Fantastic experience with Garden State Home Loans. Justin was responsive, helpful and made the process seem easy. After dealing with other firms I have to say Garden State definitely was the best experience I have ever had refinancing a loan.

Simply Amazing! I have bought 5 homes in my lifetime and additionally refinanced a couple a few times. I never had such prompt, professional and thorough service on a loan as I did with Justin and Garden State Loans. I started a refinance with another huge nationally advertised company in June... We have yet to find a house that we want, but the folks at Garden State keep in touch in very friendly way. They are not pushy and realize that sometimes finding a home is not as fast as ,we, the potential buyers thought it might be.These folks will be who we go to when we find the perfect home for the two of us.

Very professional, patient and provided what they promised.Almost a month after closing, Justin followed up to see how the new home is coming along. I have dealt with many big name lenders over the last 25 years. Without question Garden State Loans is simply the best. I was provided a great rate, minimal closing costs by a very knowledgeable, curtious and responsive team. Garden State Loans exceeded our expectations thru the entire loan process. I highly recommend them if your in the market for a mortgage or simply refinancing. Top notch company.

I was very skeptical before contacting GSHL cause I am not a fan of the loan facilitators/ brokers. Boy was I so wrong...I worked with Anthony Casa for the most part and he was a straight shooter right from the get go. This was my second Refi on my existing loan so was pretty well versed with a lot of the mumbo jumbo. I have had many Mortgages through different lenders through the years. When I was checking interest rates online I found GardenStateLoans had the best rates and the lowest cost.
