My VA loan closed in less than 30 days and with a great interest rate. I highly suggest them if you are in need or a mortgage or refinancing as they make the entire transaction simple!

We dealt with Justin for our mortgage. He was very to the point, responsive (example: 4-5 email exchanges between 7pm and 10pm at night), and was upfront about all the options we had and their cost. This is exactly the way that I like to do business.To top it off: Justin noticed an error in the HUD, which our attorney had been very late to provide (5pm on the day before closing). We recently purchased our home and Garden State loans were our lenders. I am very pleased and happy with their service. We were deceived by 2 other brokers and we thought we would have to push back our closing date but Anthony and his team pulled together our mortgage in a week!
