Recently, we went through the home buying process. The one area which was exemplary was the mortgage approval and follow through process. They had the lowest rates as well. My wife and I just purchased our second home using Garden State Loans as our lender. They were extremely responsive and communicative, very nice and very detail oriented and walked us through the entire process without any issues. We couldn't be more pleased, if you need a lender I would definitely recommend Norm @ Garden State Loans.

Worked closely with Michael Pearlman at GSHL- he was excellent. Very knowledgeable and quickly processed the paperwork and closed within 3 weeks from the initial phone call. Couldn't be more pleased.

Norm at Garden State Loans was EXCELLENT!! He got back to every email I sent right away, he helped me correct problems we were having with our seller's mortgage company, got me a GREAT rate and even gave us great advice throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company and especially Norm!

We were having a bad experience with a different lender so we reached out to Garden State Loan with some skepticism. To our delight, Anthony Casa of Garden State Loan was instrumental in obtaining a mortgage commitment letter in hours after submitting all of our records and home mortgage application. More importantly, Garden State followed through on their commitments. We are impressed with their responsiveness and highly recommend them for obtaining a mortgage. Thank you Garden State Loan!

Michael Pearlman was so help for and was able to help me in areas that didn't even pertain to lending. He was my rock through the whole process. Considering everything that could go wrong with my closing did go wrong and Michael and Anthony were great. They helped me see things through to the end.
