My wife and I just completed a refi with Garden State Home Loans and the experience was excellent. Anthony and the GSHL team were on top of everything right from the start. I have dealt with closing 2 purchase transactions and 2 refinancing transactions. My most recent was with Garden State Loans and it was the easiest, fastest, smoothest so far. The other closings took a bit longer to settle and did require more work on my part to double check the mortgage bankers numbers (occasionally pointing out issues to them). Garden State was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. They were able to get me a very good rate on my mortgage refinance. The bank that held my prior mortgage was unable to get me the rate that I wanted but Garden State came through ! I highly recommend Garden State for your mortgage needs.

I can't begin to describe how happy I was with the entire process. The ease of it all was completely unexpected. I have been through the process before and was expecting a headache, and still can't believe it was all taken care of in under 2 weeks. I would HIGHLY recommend Anthony Casa and his team at Garden State Loans to anyone!

We had a very good experience with Garden State Loans. Over the approximately 1.5 month period from start to settlement (refinance), they were very responsive to my questions, even sometimes late into the evening. They were able to get me a lower rate when the rates dropped a bit, even without choosing to esxcrow. The settlement at home was also convenient. Yes, I would definitely recommend them.

Garden State Home Loans did an excellent, and quick job at getting my house refinanced in under a month. Their rates were so good, we were able to drop from a 5.125% 30-year fixed rate to a 2.99% 15-year fixed rate mortgage, and pay what we were paying previously!I've recommended them to 5 people so far, and I'd definitely use them in the future when needed.

I really had a great experience in refinancing my home. The broker, Susan Colella was professional, courteous and responsive. She was able to get me a great rate and processed the application without any issues. The staff was also very helpful in answering all my questions in a timely manner. I would recommend Garden State Loans is you are looking for a mortgage or refinance.Keith

Sue was amazing and so helpful with our refinance process. You could tell she really cared about helping her clients. She was responsive and professional which is very hard to find these days.
