Garden State helped me find the best rates for my refinance with much better conditions that fitted my finance needs. Also Mike and his team were committed to the closing dates and the closing agent showed up 5 minutes before time and signed all documents in less than an hour.I highly recommend these Garden State Finance .

Let me say I was skeptical when I saw nothing out 5 star reviews for this company until I experienced it for myself. I worked with Norm. Lisa also assisted in our loan. Let me just say every single promise made was delivered. Every one. All estimates, closing dates, etc exactly as promised to a tee. Quick closing, best rates and quick response when needed. From my initial contact with Garden State though the closing on our refinance, the service was handled with professionalism and speed. From start to finish, the process took under 21 days. Garden State delivered on everything promised and made the process most agreeable. I would strongly recommend Garden State to anyone.

Garden State was extremely helpful during our very challenging refi. With every obstacle that was put in front of Garden State worked tirelessly to find a solution and did. Other mortgage brokers wouldn't give us the time of day while Garden State wouldn't give up until they delivered us the refi. They checked us out before we paid a dime to make sure they could make it happen so once the process actually began we knew we would be closing in 21 days.
