I can't rave enough about this company. Prior to doing business with Garden State Home Loans, I had a really bad experience with another company and was scared to try the process all over again. Norman Tomasello took the time to get to know my situation, and invested a lot of time explaining lots of different options. I have to say that my experience with Garden State Loans was absolutely amazing. My loan officer Norm is the man. I had no problems getting my pre-approval letter. When my wife and I found the house we wanted, even though the price of the house was higher than what we got approved for, I was still able to get an updated pre-approval letter. The entire house buying process is nerve racking but is good to know that there are people that are helpful as Norm and the entire Garden State Loan's Team. Thank you. Dan

I found Garden State after a very thorough search for the best rate. I will tell you that the reviews did not lie. I was assigned Justin DeJoseph as my loan manager. Every single aspect of the transaction went smoothly. All interaction was over email. They had a secure website where I could upload all my documents which made it so much easier to assemble and send my highly sensitive documents to them.
