I recently refinanced my mortgage with Garden State and the process I must say was pretty seamless. The turn around from inception of the loan process to conclusion was extremely quick, and everything worked as explained to me. I would definitely recommend doing business with Anthony over at Garden State you won't be disappointed.

Completely reliable and thorough throughout the entire process! We've gone through several mortgages in our lifetime, but this is the first time we used Garden State Loans (for a refi). The experience was different, and in a very positive way. You get quick and accurate responses to your questions, and the entire process from application to closing transpires seamlessly. We worked with Alicia, and she was great. I would highly recommend her and this broker for your mortgage needs!

I contacted 7 mortgage companies when looking to refinance. Graden State Loans made refinancing seemed. Simply put they had the best rates and delivered on everything they said they would. My broker was always reachable and responsive.

Working with Michael Pearlman and his team was great--we really appreciate their help in securing our first home mortgage! GardenStateLoans serviced our needs for a refi after we bought a new home on a bridge-type loan. We were close to financial close with a previous lender and they disapproved us at the last minute because of a technicality in the timing relative to our previous closing.
