I contacted Anthony from GSHL on 3/3/2015 to refi from a 4.625% loan to better terms and rate. Anthony got back to me with rates and details. I started the process and within days we had all the a paperwork sent to us. GSHL responded to all my questions within couple of hours. We closed the loan on the 20 th. When I got an offer from Garden State Loans using Zillow, I was a hesitant to apply for refinancing using Garden States Loan. After verifying that Garden States Loans is an accredited A+ BBB business, I decided to apply along with other potential providers. I am very glad that I applied. Not only they offered the best loan terms but also provided a high quality service during the process. They answered all questions that I have and they were transparent from the beginning to the end. Garden State Home Loans and Anthony Casa really did an excellent job for us on our loan refinance. It was very quick and surprisingly painless. No hidden fees, everything the way Anthony explained it to us. Would absolutely recommend Garden State to friends and family.

I think the common concern for most of us who are shopping mortgage is reliability yet competitive rate. I took my time to shop around for 2 years and all of them did not meet my standard. GardenStateLoans was extremely helpful, very responsive, and professional. Justin answered all my questions and was able to move quickly to help me close on a refinancing. Based on Justin's responsiveness and the rates he was able to get, I would recommend garden state loans.

I got Justin's name from a friend because he had a great experience with Garden State Loans. I gave Justin a call and we talked about the offer I received from another lender and he told me he can get me a better deal. Once he got all my information, I was given two options; one with zero cost and another with a slightly lower rate but it included costs.
