I had a great experience with Garden State Home Loans. From the first call I made, speaking to Justin up to the closing. Everyone was very professional, helpful and thorough. Lisa and Brandi were both very responsive to any of my needs. They kept the process moving smooth and quick to get us to closing as soon as possible. Great people, great rate! I would definitely use them again.

My experience in refinancing my mortgage with Garden State Home Loans was extremely positive. This is one of the most professionally operated organizations with which I’ve ever conducted business. I was very pleased with my refinancing experience through garden state loans. First contact to closing was 34 days and their rates were very competitive. Once they gathered my info and asked what I was looking for in terms of refinancing, they provided a very thorough summary of their terms that evening, and adhered to them through closing. I worked with the owner Justin and his employee Brandi to refinance my home. This was the third refinance and by far the easiest. They made the process as painless and seamless as possible. As many out there, my appraisal came in way below what we expected. Justin quickly explained my options and was still able to get me a great rate. I did quite a bit of research when I recently looked to refinance my mortgage. Garden State offered one of the lowest, if not the lowest, interest rate of any mortgage company I saw. This is particularly true when you factor in the lack of any hidden fees, points, costs, etc. What they originally offered is what they delivered; no strings attached.
