The GSHL team helped us do an initial mortgage, matching us thoughtfully to a lender who could enable us to avoid a bridge loan at a great rate. They then stayed in touch and proactively suggested we refinance to a lower rate, staying on top of the process throughout.

I'm very happy working with Garden State loan for my recent refinance. No hidden fee or any trick! Many mortgage companies give us additional cost/fees by surprise at the end. Especially, Todd is great! I only knew Todd through email or phone, but I can trust him very much. He is very responsive and reachable day and night and even over the weekend! Mr. Casa and the team at Garden State Loans are incredible. Start to finish in three weeks....absolutely amazing. And yes I shopped around.....and No one could touch Garden State Loans rates. This place is the real deal....I highly encourage anyone shopping for a home loan to contact them.....You will see.

I went to Bankrate.com to research the best rates to refinance homes in NJ and found Garden State Loans. I contacted them a few weeks before Christmas and went through most of the preliminary application business. I was ready to go, but my wife didnt want to proceed so close to Christmas and so i contacted my rep, Anthony Casa, and told him that we needed to put it on hold. I did my mortgage refinance with Garden State Loans, and, by far, it was the best experience I had in regards to a mortgage. The whole process took just a few phone calls, most of the communications we accomplished through email. All my questions were swiftly answered in details, and the representative who worked on my case, Michael Pearlman, was very professional and helpful. I definitely recommend Garden State Loans. It was an absolute pleasure working with Garden State Home Loans and especially Norm on my refinance process. At a time when you hear horror stories from other people trying to get a home loan, Norm made the process seamless as he was very informative and always responsive to my needs.
