I closed on a property and completed the initial mortgage process in 2014 and then refinanced again in 2015 both with Garden State Loans. Although the mortgage application process (in terms of the amount of paperwork) was somewhat burdensome, the staff at Garden State Loan was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. I received a follow up email from Anthony Casa, President, a few months ago since I had been in touch with them a few years ago. We determined back then that I didn't have enough equity to refinance. As rates starting coming back down again I was determined to find a way to refinance with little to no money down.
