I recently completed a refinance on my primary residence with Garden State Home Loans. The rate thy provided was much lower than any other lender we contacted, and they were quick and responsive throughout the process.

I have refinanced in the past, and have never dealt with an individual who was willing to take his time and answer questions in a timely and concerned manner. Michael Pearlman was a pleasure to deal with, and he kept me appraised every step of the way in a manner which was open/upfront, and as a result closed in less than a month. Kudos to Michael Pearlman of Garden State Loans!

I had an excellent experience with Norm from GSHL. He was very responsive to all of my questions and answered them almost immediately, including nights and weekends. I shopped rates at a lot of places, and GSHL was the most competitive. The process moved quickly and GSHL delivered on their promises. I'd definitely recommend GSHL to friends and family - they have the benefit of being a 3rd party broker who can shop your loan for the best rate and also keep their (and your) closing costs low.

Norm and GardenStateLoans were easy and fantastic to work with. They understood what we were trying to accomplish with refinancing our home mortgage and surpassed our expectations! They not only delivered what they promised but got us an even better deal out of pocket and in the long run with the new mortgage

Michael, Anthony, and Brandi were extremely helpful, very professional, and helped me to get the best mortgage rate and various options. Prior to contacting them, I did my research and made couple of mortgage applications through my banks, but their offers were no where comparable against Garden States Loans.I will highly recommend you reach out to these people, Michael and Anthony, in particular to get your Mortgage Loan needs.

I was debating refinancing until I saw all the great reviews this company had. I figured I would inquire with them and see if it was worth it...and it was. They responded almost immediately to my inquiry and answered all my questions and concerns along the way. They made the refinance process extremely easy and got it done fast and with a GREAT rate. I dealt with Scott and he was great! I would highly recommend doing any purchasing or refinancing through GSHL. They are very professional and extremely helpful!

I found GardenStateLoans on BankRate. They were offering a rate even better than a boutique lender I had worked with in the past. I would have still gone with my prior lender--as my transactions with him had gone smoothly--but he was transitioning companies precisely when rates were at there lowest. I saw all the online reviews, so I called up GardenStateLoans. I have nothing but positive things to say about Anthony and Garden State Home Loans. I must start off by saying I was originally going through one of the "Big Banks" for my refinance and was not satisfied with the rate I was getting from them, not to mention it was taking an extremely long time. Great group to deal with -- i didn't get the loan i originally wanted, but there was no pressure to do anything else, and ultimately they found me a similar product that met my goals.
