I highly recommend Garden State Home Loans to anyone who is considering refinancing their home. The process went extremely smooth and was fast and convenient. Amazingly we never had to leave our home during the entire refinance process to sign documents or meet with a lawyer. My husband and I worked with Justin DeJoseph the CEO of the Company. I used Garden State to refinance my home mortgage last November and found their rates to be extremely competitive. Application process was pretty easy and straight forward. We had a small amount of bumpiness toward the end of the process, but I was very pleased how when I brought the issue to Justin's attention, he made everything right!

The team at garden state loans was great. I was admittedly a little wary of using an "online" lender and figured their rate offer was going to turn out to be too good to be true (one of their big name competitors told me as much). Quite the contrary! They delivered exactly what they said they would and when they said they would. They were professional, knowledgeable, and blew every other lender out of the water in terms of rate offer.

I had a very pleasant experience working with Garden State Loans. The process was quick and painless compared to other refinances I have done. The whole process took about 20 days to complete. Again faster then any other I have done. I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home or refinance and existing mortgage

I have to say that when I was first told about Garden State Home Loans I was skeptical because I was very used to getting a mortgage by contacting Citi or Chase or Hudson City Savings or some of the other banks out there. I was so skeptical -despite the fact that many people in my community had used them- that I decided to drive to their office to see if they really existed. We first found Garden State Home Loans when we were looking to refinance our home in South Jersey.
