I found Garden State Loans online while trying to locate the most highly reviewed company in this area for our refinance. I filled out the online form and within a few minutes, I received a call from Norman. I explained what we were trying to do. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I normally don't write reviews, but I had such a great experience that I wanted to share. I called Garden State because I was interested in refinancing and was connected to Norm Tomasello. Norm was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and worked to get exactly what I wanted. We initiated our refinance with Norm Tamasello of GSHL on Jan. 20th. The refinance offer was really good almost to good to be true so I was a little skeptical. Norm followed through on everything he promised. The process was very smooth and efficient. The staff was very responsive and Norm took the time to explain things. We closed closed yesterday Feb 19th so figuring holidays and all it was right around the 21 days quoted. I would highly recommend GSHL for your mortgage needs.

For our home refinance,we had a couple of good interest rates and Garden State advised us of the best option.Based on our existing mortgage payment,we had our PMI removed,reimbused for the home appraisal and paid no closing cost. We had a great experience refinancing our home w/ garden state loans. I came across them through banknote.com and their rate and reviews were good. The process was very smooth - after I filled out their application, they sent me a list of docs to prepare. As soon so they notified me of the rate, I've emailed my docs over, and the rest was just verification of the data. No documents were lost, communication was excellent - and we signed everything on time.

I just finished a refinance with Garden State Loans. Everything was seamless working with Garden State Loans. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner and in an easy to understand way. The process was also done in timely manner.
