Excellent service and follow through. This by far the best mortgage experience we have had. What ever you do, do not go with the big names before you talk to these guys. Norm and Lisa are the best.

I am very pleased with the overall experience of dealing with Garden State Loans especially Todd Brister who helped my refinance an invetsment property. It was a difficult loan to refi given thta its a high rise condo property and despite facing numerous challenges on lender's backing out etc, Todd stayed connected and displayed great committment to finding a loan product (1 7 yr ARM) that suited my needs at attractive rates. WOW...Can't believe how quick & easy our refinance was. Such a big difference from previous experiences with other banks. Our mortgage rep, Todd Brister, was terrific! He returned calls quickly and made sure we got the lowest rate available. He said we would close before month end and at first I didn't believe it because the last time we refinanced thru our bank it took several month. Anthony contacted me to follow up on a refinance with my existing lender that happened to fall through. He was able to find a loan with minimal costs and favorable terms despite an LTV over 80%. Closed in less than 2 weeks and the process couldn't have been simpler. Almost makes me look forward to refinancing again!

Wow! I tend to not be overly effusive in praise, but Garden State Loans deserves this review and my highest of recommendations.I had multiple conversations with President, Anthony Casa throughout my refinance and every promise that he made me on day one was honest and accurate upon my closing. GSL had a great interest rate. Just as important, they were very easy to work with. Justin and Heather were very knowledgable and responsive to my questions/phonecalls/emails throughout the entire process. Everything happened as planned. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a loan, is looking for a good rate and a good group of people to work with.

I had an excellent experience refinancing my mortgage with Garden State. Norm Tomasello and Lisa Celentano provided excellent service. I shopped around, and the rate and fees they offered were excellent. Once I decided, from the day I called to the closing, it was less than three weeks, exactly as Norm had promised!!
