These guys are awesome. I couldn't believe not only did they have the lowest rates, but they closed my refi in 3 weeks! Anthony is a very nice guy. The staff is absolutely professional. Anthony locked me into the lowest rate in the last 18 months. Rates jumped right after he locked it up!!! There is nothing to worry about and no tricks. i did a refi with garden state loans in Nov 2014.they found me a great mortgage rateand their fees were a bargain -- much lower than others.the pledge a cap on the fees.when the actual fees came in greater thanthe cap, the promised to refund the difference.they made good on their promise and issued a refund check for the difference. they make u sign a ton of papers, but i supposethat's universal in this post-mortgage crisis environment. i was worried about another issue:my current mortgage holder had already paidmy property ... read more

I have used them for my initial home purchase and again for refinancing. Norm Tomasello and Lisa Celentano made our refinancing of a HELOC into a fixed rate mortgage as effortless as possible.
