It was a pleasure dealing with Justin and Gardenstateloans. It was a no hassle quick no strings attached experience. Justin was knowledgeable about all aspects of loan and questions i had about it .I did not feel any pressure, what i was told is what came true . Please use Justin Dejoseph and GSL you will not be disappointed. Plus they have a great BBB rating!!

I highly recommend Garden State Home Loans. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and most importantly they delivered on every single thing that they promised us. My wife and I tried to refinance with other companies several times over the last few years, but every time there was a problem. There were no issues at all with GSHL, it was only a few weeks from my first phone call speaking with Justin, until we were signing the final paperwork. My wife and I cannot thank them enough.

I did refinance and everything was so easy and fast, the closing was done in my dinning room. Susan was amazing with all the paperwork and the explanation of the different options.

excellent interactions with all members of the staff--they were consistently professional, patient, and helpful. They sought to get me the best loan at the best rates, and even gave me some tips about how to find the right kind of property to buy. I should add, too, that they were available, from what I could tell, any day of the week, including holidays, and always responded swiftly to my emails or phone messages. Overall, a great experience--and to make it even better, we are very pleased with the home we bought!

I recently closed on a refinance with GSL. After shopping on my own for rates, i came across GSL and found them to have very competitive rates. They are mortgage brokers who essentially did the leg work for me, and were very upfront about which lenders they work with. All the paperwork and documentation was handled through them and they worked with the lender to insure the loan would get underwritten and the process would go smoothly...and it did! I worked with Michael Perlman from Garden state Home loans and it was really nice experience to close my refinance application smoothly. I found their professional knowledge very helpful plus the intrest rate and closing cost offered was best in the market. Estimate provided at the time of application didn't changed and closed this application swiftly. I would recommend them to family and friends for sure.
