These guys are awesome. I couldn't believe not only did they have the lowest rates, but they closed my refi in 3 weeks! Anthony is a very nice guy. The staff is absolutely professional. Anthony locked me into the lowest rate in the last 18 months. Rates jumped right after he locked it up!!! There is nothing to worry about and no tricks. They are simply fantastic at what they do, and you can tell from the 1st phone call. Really happy with them and will be telling family and friends. Trust the reviews. Thansk again Anthony!

i did a refi with garden state loans in Nov 2014.they found me a great mortgage rateand their fees were a bargain -- much lower than others.the pledge a cap on the fees.when the actual fees came in greater thanthe cap, the promised to refund the difference.they made good on their promise and issued a refund check for the difference. they make u sign a ton of papers, but i supposethat's universal in this post-mortgage crisis environment. i was worried about another issue:my current mortgage holder had already paidmy property ... read more

I had a great experience with GardenStateLoans. They consistently offer the best rates around while delivering outstanding customer service. I have used them for my initial home purchase and again for refinancing. The process is easy and when I compare the deal I'm getting to other organizations it seems they are always ahead of the competition. I would highly recommend their services!

My experience with Todd, the representative whom I've had the pleasure of working with from Garden State Loans company. He assisted me in the refinance home. Todd was very helpful in guiding us though the mortgage process and was effective in explaining the fees and costs involved with each transaction. Norm Tomasello and Lisa Celentano made our refinancing of a HELOC into a fixed rate mortgage as effortless as possible. They requested a large amount of financial information, kept us apprised of progress and were always courteous, pleasant and able to answer our questions. The end result is an arrangement that fits our needs and we feel they worked in our best interests in obtaining a very desirable rate. They produced what was promised.

Start to finish, we received five-star service from Anthony Casa and his team at Garden State Home Loans. We tried to refinance two home loans through a different broker a few years ago to no avail.
