I purchased a pair of tourmaline and white topaz earrings in rhodium coated silver (my first purchase). They are pretty and look like good quality but they don't have good closure and I'm afraid to wear them the way they are. It would be cost prohibitive to return them so I will have to spend more money at the jeweler to see if they can be fixed to be usable.

After several years of purchasing history I must say, Gem Shopping gets my highest rating! The quality of merchandise is beyond excellent, not to mention the tremendous variety on a daily basis. Shipping is always secure and reliable, FAST too. My safe is bulging but I continue to come back because the deals are too good to pass up! And thank you GSN for educating me about stones, estate jewelry, etc as well.

I have been a "regular" viewer/shopper since the early days when GSM was essentially a one-man show (Frank) and to this day have only the highest praise for all products purchased from them. My only regret is the loss of two of my favorite shows: Asian Collectables & Shopping with Rose.

I'm pretty new to Gem Shopping and made two purchases. I was more than pleased with the beautiful pieces I bought and plan to buy more. I've also learned so much about gemstones and look forward to learning more. I feel like my day is not complete if I don't check in for a look even if it's just a few minutes.

GSN has been fantastic. My recent purchases have been beautiful--quite stunning! The customer service department has been wonderful and are easy to work with. I would highly recommend GSN to anyone. And another bonus is the pleasure of buying in real time while you watch the show. It has become my favorite show!
