I am a senior and had a bad toothe ache the night before visiting Dr. Garcia's office. They refused to extract my tooth without trying to upswell me in a bone graft procedure. Once I said I could not afford bone graft the Dr. Abruptly said he could not help me. To make matters worse, they refused to write me a prescription for my tooth pain. This place lacks professional integrity and common courtesy.

I was really disappointed with how the staff was with me, because the lady who came out asked me an odd question, "Do you need your teeth replaced because of cosmetic reasons, or are you just getting something fixed?" Of course I said, "I just need a tooth fixed." But it struck me as odd why anyone would say that, mainly because this wasn't my primary dentist and I was just getting a back tooth fixed because it chipped. Horrible Service! Me & my family were going there for the past 5 years,. It used to be better in the past. I had an appointment on July 12th & waited there for 30 minutes, and still no sign of even calling anytime soon. I had to cancel and come back. I took my son last week, and the hygienist was not EVEN available, We were there for 1 hour and 15 minutes and all he got was polishing , X Ray and doctor review. NO cleaning. Worst experience ever from care received, long wait time, unprofessional dental assistant to the rude office manager. They lie and bill services not provided and will not listen or help you resolve billing issues that are not your fault and will send your bill to collections while you wait for a call back from them.

It's a no from me dog. I wish I could socially distance forever from this place and fully plan to. Like many of the other victims below me, we were all assigned to this used car lot - I mean dentist office - from our insurances. I called in to make an appointment about two or so weeks ago and they were eager to schedule me in. I booked a 12pm on a Tuesday. Do not go there. I made an appointment and I was there 20 minutes before my appointment, receptionist gave me bunch of unnecessary papers to sign,. This office is very loud and you could hear the conversations between doctors and patients, no privacy, after waiting for almost an hour she told me that is going to take much longer or you could make an appointment for someone other day, no respect for people 's time. I asked the to cancel everything and I will not return to that place ever again.

3/2021 Still trying to get the billing error squared away. Called their office a week ago and was told there is no reason there should be a balance due. The representative said she would research and call me back....

I have had the most horrible dental experience in this office. Dr. Garcia told me to get a crown for my tooth right before Christmas and they totally messed up. The process took more than 3 hours (which is way longer than they told me) and I was in such a pain the whole time. Carlos, the nurse, was constantly looking for the tools which he couldn't find.... This is by far the worst dentist I've gone to in my 45 years. They always try to charge me for extras; mouth rinse, mouth disinfect, deep cleaning for a total of about $600 on top of what insurance covers. Like usual, this time I said please just do the regular cleaning, they sent someone in that said they can't, they have to do the deep cleaning with all the extras for $600.
