Steve and Valentino we’re at her house today from George Brazil to clean and seal our duct work. Their entire time they were there they were very courteous and very professional. Because I have breathing problems they are conscious of what they were doing if I was in a room and when they started to do the vacuuming of the duct work they asked me which room I prefer them to start. Scheduled service today and met Brandon. Brandon was very professional and provided great customer service. Brandon helped me with purchasing a new heat pump for my mom. Harlan is the best....always on time and always knowledgeable of the past history of our a/c unit and he takes the time to explain the current status of the unit and what needs action now and what can wait.
Today I had a great experience with Joe R., he showed up on time and went above and beyond to ensure measurements were taken accurately for my AC vent. He isn't my normal service pro technician but I recommend him to anyone for future visits! Thank you!!

Harlan came to the house today as part of my bi-annual checkup. He was on time and very easy to work with. He did a thorough job inspecting my units and gave me honest feedback and recommendations. He took the time to explain what would happen next as well as answer all my questions. As I was on conference calls off and on during his visit, he was very courteous and flexible around the call. And my barking dogs :) It was much appreciated! He did a great job.
