Good company; very prompt; efficient; really CLEAN ladies; these guys work hard. Mke Fetters handled a post-installation issue that was common and happens sometime; he was simply outstanding. The two guys, Yousif (sp) and Jonathan were also very very good. Terry, our regular inspection technician, is also very good. All of these people are trained the same; to be polite; good listeners; and they are problem solvers.
Brandon W. was great. Came early in my time window. Clearly knew his stuff. Informed me about what he was doing every step of the way. Courteous and very enthusiastic about his job. This visit was part of our service plan so no $$$ out the door. George Brazil Air and Heating are the best. You get what you pay for.
We had our AC/heating unit replaced last week and we're very satisfied with it. George Brazil's team (Anthony V. and Rodrigo A.) were professional and organized. They were on time, kept the site cleaned up as they went along and just did a great job. They replaced our AC/heating unit, the stand, the elbow, a couple of ducts inside the attic, removed our unused evaporative coolers and capped off those holes. All done very professionally! Dale Avery was the technician assigned to our home. He was easy going, courteous, and respectful. He explained everything in detail. He ensured my questions were answered. He explained the parts that needed to be replaced and why they needed to be replaced. I had questions regarding the VIP contracts that are available. He explained them without pressuring a sale.
