Brandon Westfield saved the day last night... AC died on us and the only folks I could get a special deal with was George Brazil cause my AC go to guy was up north camping etc... Yeah I always here how great the Brazil team is on TV & radio but we all know its just advertising to get your business... Weeeelll, Brandon shows up bout 2040 and went straight to work. My air went out in the middle of a Sunday night. I called and left a message in the early morning hours of Monday morning. I was delighted when I received a return phone call by 7 A.M. scheduling my appointment for that same day! True to their word, they gave me a phone call alert 30 minutes before their arrival. Service Pro Rose M. knows her stuff! She was professional, informative and had my air conditioner up and running in no time! Thanks Rose! I appreciate the quick response time!
We had a horrible day only made worse by our air conditioner failure. We called George Brazil. They kept us thoroughly informed who and when the technician would arrive. Michelle J. was awesome. She was patient, knowledgeable and worked extremely hard to get our system up and running. Ultimately we needed a new one. Mike Fetters came out to the house last night. AC had shut down and the house was hot!. Mike determined that the problem was a plugged condensate drain line. This was a difficult problem to fix. House is 25 years old and likely the drain line had never been cleaned. It was a choice of getting the line cleaned or opening up the drywall to replace the drain pipe. Mike went right to work and after about 2 1/2 hours had the pipe cleaned out. Mike disconnected the condensate float so the AC would start up and cool the house down.... read more
