GB responded within 12 hours after I called. Harlan Finzer diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and fixed it within 10 minutes. GB has great customer service. Not too pleased though with the York brand of Air Conditioner. I have had several problems with York but GB always came out and fixed the problems.
