RecommendedHad our first bi-annual service check after purchasing a new A/C & Furnace unit last year. Service was scheduled from 1-5pm.... Harlan showed up 15 minutes early (that's a first!) and checked everything. Asked if I was having any problems at all or any questions. Everything checked out perfect and he gave me a helpful hint about the condensation drain. Told me I should dig a hole directly underneath the drain outlet and fill it with gravel. Just got a new AC unit on Friday. Something just wasn't right about it's cooling ability. Called back on Saturday to have someone come out. Joe R. was here early on Sunday.
