Very pleased with A/C installation. Considerate, pleasant and efficient. Arrived on time and were finished a little sooner than quoted. Cleaned up their mess, tested the temps and showed how to use thermostat. Went over paperwork, warranty etc. The pickup crew came a couple of hours later and took the old unit and trash.
We called George Brazil around 7 this morning, our A/C stopped working. Dale A. arrived before 11, early in our window of 10-2. Dale was professional, courteous, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He clearly explained exactly what repair was needed and completed the repairs efficiently. Now our A/C is running well! Dale is a great representative of George Brazil. Because of his expertise, we signed up for VIP service so he can personally check our A/C unit twice a year. The great service is much appreciated!

Greg T., Adam H. and Chuck W. went over and above to get the job done. Very nice and extremely professional. It was a long day with only a couple thing's popping up but they know what they are doing and how to troubleshoot to find what's going on. Our A/C was acting up i.e. not working. I called July 1st yes on a Sunday had a Tec out the same day. He did what he could on our 18 year old system, we decided for a new unit. he called to get an appointment setup. My husband and I have been long term George Brazil customers and very satisfied with the service for over 25 years. Recently my elderly mother's A/C was going out. So when she called her usual company for a service call and was told it would take three days in 110 and higher heat outside to get to her house, we called our usual guy GB.
