Barbara Bates My 2012 MKZ just was serviced for iol change/etc. I know I am entitled for free oil changes for a while, but they used to be for lifetime of car(as with my 2010 MKZ). Ever since my dealer Kevin left-I no longer get emails/phone calls/etc-he made me feel a little special being part of the Lincoln/Ford family...what happened to all of that?
