FABULOUS VEHICLE BUYING PROCESS I BOUGHT A LINCOLN NAVIGATOR. MY SALES REP, KATE SAGITOVA, WAS TRUELY OUTSTANDING. SHE SPENT PLENTY OF TIME WITH ME PRE-PURCHASE TO EXPLAIN ALL OF THE OPTIONS. WHEN MY VEHICLE ARRIVED SHE PICKED ME UP AT MY HOME, DROVE ME TO THE DEALERSHIP AND SPENT A LOT OF TIME SETTING UP THE CAR AND EXPLAINING TO ME ALL OF THE VARIOUS FUNCTIONS. Mr. Good Internet people and sales' staff worked well together to make the sale work. Price after some negotiation was where we wanted to be. Within an hour and a half of a relative ( dealership over an hour away from house) test driving the car, I did my own test drive and drove it home that day!

GREAT SERVICE My repair was handled with efficiency and professionalism. Kudos to Bobby! I enjoyed the use of my Lincoln Continental as a loner car. Boy, is that an upgrade from a Ford Fusion! Especially liked the automatic re-adjustment of the seat and steering wheel....great for seniors.....easier to enter and exit. Thank you.
