FABULOUS VEHICLE BUYING PROCESS I BOUGHT A LINCOLN NAVIGATOR. MY SALES REP, KATE SAGITOVA, WAS TRUELY OUTSTANDING. SHE SPENT PLENTY OF TIME WITH ME PRE-PURCHASE TO EXPLAIN ALL OF THE OPTIONS. Mr. Good Internet people and sales' staff worked well together to make the sale work. Price after some negotiation was where we wanted to be. Within an hour and a half of a relative ( dealership over an hour away from house) test driving the car, I did my own test drive and drove it home that day!
