Great service I bought a MKX I had a good experience with my salesman Bob M but then a gentalman came over and said he needed me to take the car off the lot that day. I was not prepared to do that but I did. Other than that I was very pleased.
Getting the car ready for Florida! I have been bringing my car back to George Wall for all services. I trust that they will take good care of my car, advise me of needed repairs, and provide me with an accurate estimate of those repairs. The service department is top notch! My go to guy is Steve; but Ben took care of me this last time. They are responsive to my needs and my concerns about cost. And if I need a loaner, there is no one better than Lori! FABULOUS VEHICLE BUYING PROCESS I BOUGHT A LINCOLN NAVIGATOR. MY SALES REP, KATE SAGITOVA, WAS TRUELY OUTSTANDING. SHE SPENT PLENTY OF TIME WITH ME PRE-PURCHASE TO EXPLAIN ALL OF THE OPTIONS. Mr. Good Internet people and sales' staff worked well together to make the sale work. Price after some negotiation was where we wanted to be. Within an hour and a half of a relative ( dealership over an hour away from house) test driving the car, I did my own test drive and drove it home that day!
